Misleading Service and Overcharging I recently called this locksmith service for an issue with my front door lock. The technician arrived quickly, but my experience was very disappointing. Initially, he claimed there were multiple issues with my lock, and suggested replacing it with a new one for a very high price ??700-800 After some back-and-forth, he proposed a lower-cost option ??500 but still far too expensive. Eventually, he offered to "repair" my old lock and charged me ??80 for what turned out to be a very simple application of WD-40. Despite his attempt to show me that the lock was "working" after the fix, the issues continued. He then tried to suggest that the lock might work for a while, but it might also fail again, leaving me in an uncertain situation. The whole experience felt like an attempt to overcharge for a minimal service, and I was left unsatisfied with both the work and the price. I would not recommend this locksmith service, as I found their approach to be misleading and exploitative. I won't be using their services again and urge others to be cautious.
