Couldn???t have asked for a better service. Went in looking for a new lock (not a standard size) and whilst they didn???t have one the lady in the shop was able to mend my old lock. Very happy - would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much to Stacey and Phil from Wincheap Hardware in Canterbury. They arrived within just 10???15 minutes late in the evening to help with an emergency lock problem at my vulnerable mother???s home. They resolved the immediate issue quickly and professionally, and also repaired a separate, longer-standing problem with another door while they were here. It is rare to meet such genuinely decent, kind and professional people. Their prompt response made an extremely stressful situation much easier, and I am very grateful for their help. I would highly recommend Wincheap Hardware to anyone needing a reliable emergency locksmith or door lock repair in Canterbury. Thank you again, Stacey and Phil.

Phenomenal service! I had snapped a key in my front door, they fixed it incredibly quickly and were just all round lovely people. Highly recommended!
