Brilliant service. Tony is friendly and efficient in his work. Made the situation much less stressful. Also better price than any other local locksmith ?????? thanks for your help!

I cannot recommend S.T Locksmiths highly enough. I???ve used their services on a couple of occasions, both at very short notice, and each time they have been reliable, professional and incredibly helpful. The lock issues involved were far from straightforward, with different types of locks that weren???t easy jobs, but Tony approached each one with skill and determination. He was friendly, discreet and always treated both me and my property with respect. It???s reassuring to know there???s a locksmith you can genuinely trust when you???re in a difficult situation. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you, Tony! Julia

I called S.T Locksmiths yesterday to fix a broken bathroom door lock that wouldn???t open from the outside, and the service was excellent. He arrived within 10 minutes, exactly as promised. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. As I???m staying in a rental property for a week, he even offered to provide a report and photos of the work done so I could pass it on to the landlord, which I really appreciated. A true professional and very reliable. I would definitely recommend S.T Locksmiths to anyone needing a locksmith. Five star service at affordable and realistic prices. Thank you ????

Tony attended at very short notice on a Saturday evening and solved the problem of a bathroom door that wouldn???t open. My tenant was delighted with the polite manner and excellent handling. Tony sent me detailed pictures of the work done. The price was excellent value. I would recommend without reservation and definitely would go back to him with any lock problem.

All afternoon searching for keys -I had lost my main set of house keys and discovered my backup set had been taken without my knowledge ??? a very stressful situation. After calling several ???local??? numbers that turned out to be diverted call centres, I reached S.T Locksmith. Tony answered, and his calm, reassuring voice immediately put me at ease. He asked sensible questions and agreed to come straight away from Hastings to Ashford on a Saturday evening (around 6:45pm). His price was also very competitive. Tony quickly sorted four separate issues: the internal door locks, a medication safe, an external railing lock, and he fitted a new key safe and advice on a safer system. Efficient, professional, and thorough. What really stood out was Tony himself. In a situation that was quickly becoming overwhelming, his professionalism, kindness, and calm manner made all the difference. Outstanding service and a genuinely decent human being. Highly recommended. Thank you, Tony you are Gentlemen of Gentlemen God Bless yiu. ??????????????? five stars and some !!
