Suraj (branch 1102 Canterbury) did a stellar job fixing my high heels sandals. The toe straps were too big and Suraj expertly adjusted them and securely fixed them in place. The service was exceptionally quick and the price very affordable. I didn't even know that Timspon did shoe modifications and I was amazed by the wide range and expert services Suraj offers. Thank you!

I had a set of keys for a house abroad that I wanted a set of copies and Suraj at the 1102 Timpson Outlet helped me out sooo much since the keys were difficult to copy. He went above and beyond to help me with my problem and honestly was the best person for the job. He wasnt able to find an exact key however, did some magic to help me sooooo much. That being said, I also had a watch that I wanted to fix that he was able to help with. The strap was in a horrible condition and he was able to install a new strap specifically for the watch which wasnt a normal strap. So thank you sooo much Suraj, would come again for all my problems

Brunch:1102 Suraj Absolutely brilliant job. These sandals have been given a second life. The before and after is night and day. The soles were badly worn and uneven, and now they???re clean, solid, and properly finished with new heel pieces that look and feel durable. You can tell real care went into matching the repair to the original style rather than just doing a quick fix. What stands out is the attention to detail. The soles sit flush, and everything feels balanced underfoot again. They???re not just wearable, they???re comfortable and secure, which is exactly what you want from a proper repair. Turnaround was quick, communication was easy, and the value for money is excellent considering the quality of the work. Genuinely impressed with Suraj???s masterpiece.I wouldn???t hesitate to bring more shoes in or recommend to others. ???????????????

I brought my wellies to Timpson because the rubber had torn on the side and i thought they might be beyond saving. Suraj, a young gentleman working there, took them in for repair. After I left, he came up with a brilliant solution using a bicycle tube puncture repair method to seal the tear. The repair was meant to take two days, but he actually called me back in about two hours to say they were ready! I was genuinely impressed. The boots look great, the tear is sealed beautifully, and he also replaced the soles, so they are waterproof again. Suraj was friendly, professional and clearly very resourceful. I couldn???t be happier with the result, absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend, and if you???re lucky enough to have Suraj helping you, you???re in great hands!
