Rob went to every length to make my favourite old disintegrating sandals into something new and reusable! He said I think I???ve covered all the bits that we looked at and that we thought needed stitching and sticking but if you have any further problems please don???t hesitate to bring them back! And I wouldn???t he was fantastic and so extremely helpful. Thank you!????

I was exceedingly impressed and very happy with Suraj and the replacement zipper that he did for me. It was a tricky shape. What a delightful man and such a valuable member of Timpson workforce! Furthermore he was so kind and thoughtful in messaging me once the work was done. Thank you from Linda ???????

The stuff is really nice. The guy fixed my belt on the spot and since it was only a minor issue didn???t even take anything from me. It was super helpful and I really recommend it

Absolutely 5*, Rob who runs this store has helped me with keys, my wife with shoes, looked after my parents and grandparents whenever they go in. An absolute diamond and always happy to help. Genuinely can't recommend the man and shop enough. Even little things like if there is an issue with a key (which I've not had one) he offers to redo them for you. A real throwback to when customer service was personal, at its best and I'd not go anywhere else now. Thanks for everything you do Rob and doing so with a smile on your face. Absolute gentleman.
