Andrew was very accommodating, professional, flexible, and transparent. Our back door???s gearbox was broken and I called the unlocksmith to have it check. It was done perfectly and just less than 15mins, it is as good as new again. My relatives were all delighted how quick and lovely Andrew is. Highly recommended, will surely book him again in the future. He even helped me how to get my money back as unfortunately I was scammed with the other locksmith company and charged me with a hefty price.

Andrew is brilliant. We've used him twice now - once when locked out the house and now to help with our locked shut back uPVC door. Both times he's turned up quickly or exactly when planned. He's fixed both problems for us at a good price, which he's been transparent about from the start. He even spent a few minutes correcting our front door, which was a little off kilter. He's also a really nice bloke - easy to chat to, honest and considerate. Anytime anyone needs a locksmith we will definitely recommend him and would to anyone reading this too.

I rarely write reviews but Andy was so amazing I needed to share. I can???t recommend him enough to anyone in a fix. He???s honest, hard working and was so thoughtful and genuine. He helped me and my children when we were locked out the house and checked we had the keys when back inside. This level of service and care is really rare to find these days

Excellant service from a polite and personable professional. We has a broken front door lock which was a great worry for a retired old couple! Andrew arrived promptly, and both diagnosed the problems, and fixed them , and other jobs related. A fair price and a reliable service that we may well have to use again. Thank you.

Andrew came out within 15 minutes from when I called him. He couldn't repair the lock as a new part was needed. He ordered it straight away, and texted me to tell me when it would be due in. He kept me informed when he was delayed coming round. Despite arriving late evening, he did a thorough job, nothing was too much trouble, and checked all my other doors making adjustments to each. He was even prepared to check my windows. All of this within the quoted price. I would have no hesitation using him again and would highly recommend him to others.
