Watch battery replacement offered a guarantee for 12 months for ??9.99 or ??19.99 for a 2 year, didn't explain that battery was very cheap, that's last time I'll ho in there

??19.99 for a watch battery, daylight robbery, i felt i was mugged

Keys work every time, sometimes they feel cheap and may snap compared to my original key. It is good to drop them off and collect them after shopping. The staff are good people and wear their masks.

This guy should be out of business. I had a key cut, came home and realised it didn???t fit. Went back literally 15 minutes later to complain. Not only I didn???t get an apology but the man denied he had cut the key, and had said ???I don???t know where you got this from???. He cut me a new key nevertheless, but I will never use his services again, I will go to Tooting Broadway where I have always had my keys cut over the past 10 years and never had a bad experience.

I was looking for coloured or patterned doorvkeys. Tried other local locksmiths without success. Then tried Timpsons - they had a decent selection. So I got what I wanted and received fast and friendly service. Great!
