After losing an important bunch of keys, two local locksmiths were unable to access the locked doors in question. However, Charlie arrived within a couple of hours and was able to open and change the two mortice locks easily at very reasonable cost, and somehow managed to not damage the original solid wooden doors. I cannot recommend East Kent Locksmiths highly enough. Thank you Charlie and co for your professional service.

Great experience with Charlie and East Kent Locksmiths. Very friendly, answered call quickly and provided clear information and upfront pricing. Turned up on time, did the job with a smile and all worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again. Much easier, cheaper and quicker than trying to arrange something with the local dealer showroom too!

We had the good fortune of finding Charlie on Checkatrade. He was honest (earlier quotes were massive, and missed the obvious issue) He was polite, on time and clearly knew his trade. We were so impressed we asked him to change some door furniture as an extra, still reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him, in fact, we have saved his details so we can recommend him in the future to friends and family. Cannot praise this young man enough! As a bonus, he knows how to use a hoover!!! Jennie & Graham Dennis

Absolutely incredible service. Charlie is so friendly and has such a warm personality. Exactly right for high stress situations that require a locksmith. So impressed and will recommend to others ????????

Big thank you to Charlie, lost my only key for my 2002 passat. I messaged and he came out the same day within a few hours. Very friendly and helpful and at a good price. Top guy. Would recommend ????
