I want to say a huge thank you to Lee who came to rescue me when I was stuck in my bathroom with the door locked. He was so calm, patient, and clever in sorting out the situation. I was really stressed, but he handled everything professionally and made me feel safe. He???s absolutely the best locksmith in town, and I???m incredibly grateful for his help. Highly recommended!

Lee was quick, friendly and professional. He was with us within 40mins on a Saturday and was super kind and helpful. He fixed the broken key in the lock without the need for a new lock. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lee was very friendly and turned up early. Fitted a new lock on my garage door and also checked and lubricated the door. It's working so much better now. He was responsibly priced and I would definitely use his services again. Highly recommended

Very quickly came out and helped us late at night, kept making us aware of the price and that it was after hours call out so would be double, before he started any work. So we were fully aware of cost upfront rather than springing the cost on us after he sorted the problem. Fixed our door rather quickly. A lovely friendly guy. Very helpful on making us aware it wasn't our problems and that estate agents should refund us and if we had any problems for them to call him. Definitely would recommend to anyone, especially young and vulnerable people

Extremely helpful and friendly service - helped me out when other larger firms had let me down and left me stranded, so I well and truly learnt my lesson that it pays to go local! Very quick, very professional, and very reasonable rates. Would recommend again and again. Thank you from the stranded lady in the foot shop!
