My door was absolutely knackered. Tom turned up within the hour and sorted it out. It was clearly a tough job, not sure how I got away with using it for so long. But he clearly knows what he???s doing and won???t leave until it???s done right. Highly recommended ????

Fantastic service from Tom Bright Locksmith! Quick to respond, arrived on time, and had the job sorted in good time. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you need a reliable locksmith in Colchester! ????

I found Tom's details online when we had an issue with our front door. I sent him a video of the door and he was able to quickly identify what the problem was. He told me how much it would be to fix it and then came out within the hour. There was no extra call out charge. Tom really took the time to make sure the door was working as expected and was aligned correctly. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and would use again if needed.

Tom was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his craft. He fixed my front door within minutes and even took the time to check that my lock was functioning smoothly before leaving. The price was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. It???s rare these days to find a company that combines speed, skill, and genuine care for their customers, but this team does exactly that. If you ever need a locksmith you can truly trust, look no further than TMB Locksmiths. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience!

Tom was great. I found his details online and sent him a WhatsApp when I had a problem with my front door. We initially just had a video call where he helped me get my property secure for the night FOC. He then came the next day and fixed the door plus checked the alignment, all for a very reasonable price. He was also able to get on with the job in my absence at my request. He sent the warranty for the new lock via e-mail. Excellent service throughout and the new lock feels great. Thanks Tom!
