Very thankful to Jamie who gave me advice when our lock broke on the back door. When we came to get it fixed, he was really helpful, got the work done for the best price I could find and so efficiently. Would definitely use the service again. Trustworthy and reliable. Thanks Jamie!

Jamie was lovely and so incredibly helpful getting us back in the house when we locked ourselves out. Super responsive and professional, clearly knows a lot about locks, and very fast at getting us inside. Would highly recommend!

Honestly, I can???t thank Jamie enough! I???d never met him before, but he came out to help when my car key got stuck in the ignition and was brilliant from start to finish. He went above and beyond, spending hours in the sun working on my car, then going home to order the part I needed with express delivery before coming back and fitting it on my driveway. He didn???t overcharge me or add any extra costs, he was simply focused on getting everything sorted. Jamie was friendly, honest, trustworthy, and really informative throughout. He explained everything clearly and made me feel reassured the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and takes pride in his work, which is rare to find. He even said if I have any other issues, he???d be happy to help. I???m so grateful for everything he did and wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Brilliant service from a genuinely great guy. Now I???m back on the road! :) ??????????

Jamie is absolutely brilliant! My key snapped in a petrol station on a Sunday morning and he was out to me within 15 mins. Gave me a manual key for the day and then a few days later fixed my old fob for me so I???ve now got 2 keys! Couldn???t have asked for a better service and all at a great price!

Jamie was very helpful, polite and informative on the phone. He wasn't the 1st i called, but was more convenient being able to come at a weekend unlike some others. His prices were also cheaper so even better. He came out and supplied me with 2 keys coded to my car with all button functions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If I ever need replacement car keys again, Jamie will be my 1st and only call.
