Called this company to have a look at a lock on our patio doors. Carl answered and was with us within a few hours. I must say, Carl was an absolute diamond. Very friendly, reassuring and knew exactly what he was doing. He managed to fix our lock quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. He also took the time to explain what the problem was, and show us the issue with the lock. Cannot thank Carl and The Lock Father enough!! Stellar service and stellar locksmiths. Thank you again, Carl!

Carl changed 6 locks and gave us access to a 7th door we previously couldn't use. He worked fast, gave solid advice about maintenance and even sorted out an issue I hadn't noticed on some of our doors. Price was very fair and I'd very happily use the company again!

Carl from The Lock Father was fantastic when we found ourselves locked out of our property. He arrived within 45 minutes, exactly as promised, and was extremely polite, calm, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He quickly got us back inside without any fuss, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommended!

5 Star service, had a new secure front doorlock fitted by Carl, also he realigned the front door, so opens and closes like new again. very efficient and professional job, made appointment in the morning, job all done by midday the same day. would highly recommend.

Amazing Company!! I was quoted a ridiculous price from the supplier/installer of my bifold doors & advised they couldn???t book me in for 6 weeks ???? even though the door was being held shut with cable ties. I ordered the part, the day it arrived I called The Lock Father & they were with me same day. Carl did a fantastic job, works better than it ever has & fixed front door latch as well for the sum of ??80. Thank you so much ????
