Called the guys at Chelmsford Master Locksmiths on the off chance they sold locks to the public. The guy said to pop down as they had a range of locks to choose from. When I arrived, the fella couldn't have been more helpful, he told me my lock wasn't actually broken ans just needed a clean up, which he proceeded to do. He could have easily sold me a new lock, but refused to do so and to find a business with morals as good as what I found here is a rarity in today's world.

Called them to help get myself and my elderly parents back into the house, after I stupidly locked us out whilst rushing to a Doctors app. Arrived very promptly, so polite and helpful, and a reasonable charge for the job. Well done, very pleased and happy with the service ????

Got a new lock fitted by these guys, great job, prompt service even adjusted the door and works like new Thanks Alex

Excellent professional service Quick to arrive Up front with charges I had to have a new part for my door There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision at the time New part ordered& then fitted in a short time frame I would certainly use this company again & have no hesitation recommending them

I needed a replacement vw car key fob. The staff were really helpful and cut me a replacement key at a fraction of the cost of a vw dealer. Thank you. I will be back when I need more keys cut.
