Excellent service, rare these days to find such a honest business! Excellent rates, kept me updated and the engineer didn???t try to upsell anything that I didn???t need etc, explained what the issue was and was fixed within 10 minutes. Really pleased, thank you so much!

Outstanding service - Ian came to our house in a quick time. He was very professional and informative and did a great job in providing us with new locks. Thank you Ian and we will keep you in mind for any lock related matters with us or our family!

Very friendly, came on time and paid close attention to detail. Fixed my door handle and lock quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service and courtesy during the work, adheres to the client brilliantly.

I would like to thank Ian ever so much for his services today. He was patient and took his time to sort my door fully. He did not leave until he was satisfied I understood how it works. He told me what was wrong with my door which wasn't what I was expecting, I am however glad and pleased he told me what was required. His advice was very useful. I will definately use the company again and I recommend Ian following the service I received today. Thanks once again Ian

Ion was great and the price was very reasonable. He arrived within 30 minutes. I could tell straight away he genuinely wanted to help and did everything he could. Very knowledgeable locksmith. Highly recommended!
