Had some real issues with our rear outer door starting to fail to close, and similar mechanism type issues on an internal one. Both doors and mechanisms probably 15+ years old. Great communication by Tom via phone and messaging, quick quote, good availability and the work including alignment, gearbox changes etc was first class. They both feel really solid and reliable now. In addition, the new chrome handles that I decided to go for look and feel far superior to the degraded gold ones we used to have. He also fixed a bedroom door which has never properly latched. All in all I can thoroughly recommend.

I have used Griffiths before when they had a retail outlet on Watergate St Chester. They were very good then and the reality of Griffiths now is the same. Latest job was to change two locks on a Chester flat. Appointment made on line, turned up on time to the minute, literally. A swift job well done but due to a foible with the door he had to make a return visit. As before turned up to the minute and finished off the work. First class work and at an affordable rate. You hear of horror stories of a locksmith charging hundreds of pounds for low quality products and service. Griffiths are a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to be associated with. 5 STARS

Fantastic service from Tom! I needed four locks changed, including two doors that I couldn???t even open because the keys had been lost. Tom came out within just two days, got everything sorted quickly, and made the whole process completely stress free. He was professional, friendly and reliable and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. Thanks again :)

Excellent locksmith and a genuinely nice guy. Tom from Griffiths Security is a real gentleman and clearly knows his trade inside out. I was having some serious issues with a jammed uPVC door, and Tom got it sorted quickly, professionally, and efficiently. He explained everything clearly, arrived when he said he would, and provided a first-class service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Griffiths Security to anyone needing a reliable locksmith. Thanks again for the great service!

Tom has been fantastic, I had him replace the locks when I first moved in and recently had him back to look at an issue with a lock. He???s always been great and fixed the issues with no problems. I would highly recommend.
