An old 1970's aluminium framed patio door's lock had seized in the unlocked position. Simon arrived 15 after being called. He freed it off so it operated properly. He then gave the door a health check, and gave advice on maintenance. Ross Dean Locksmiths would be my first port of call for any other window or lock problems. Thanks very much.

Great service and a super friendly person. Called Simon out to fix a door that wouldn't lock at night. He came straight out and fixed it quickly. Amazing communication too. Would highly recommend 5*

Absolutely faultless. Identified and explained the problem in terms even an idiot like me could understand. Issue was dealt with in double quick time and even an issue I didn't know I had was corrected before it became serious. Extremely knowledgeable, polite and approachable... I have no hesitation in recommending Ross Dean Locksmiths for any security , window , door or upvc problems. Arrived as arranged, fantastic value and a credit to his profession. 10/10
