Clear and upfront on the phone - came by and sorted out the issue in no time. Clear with costs over the phone too. Even suggested a method that saved me getting two locks picked in order to not risk having to replace a gate lock. Great work!

Somehow managed to lock myself out of my van with the engine running, Shaz was with me within 5-10 minutes of me calling. Fantastic service, great price, can???t thank them enough.

Disaster struck when lock on the only door to my flat refused to fasten. I chose Baldwins from the Checkatrade directory and was well pleased with the prompt and professional service they provided. I was particularly impressed with the way they advised me in advance of the costs to be expected depending on the problem they would find on site. So no nasty surprises. They repaired the lock promptly and at a very fair price. I am well pleased. John Ablitt

Received great service this evening from Paul after a recommendation from a friend. A key had snapped inside the lock and was totally wedged in, leaving me unable to lock the door. When I called, he gave me quotes for different options and was out within about half an hour. Lovely guy, he was very thorough and provided me with all the information I needed to know as well as explained everything he was doing. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Amazing efficient professional service. Offered advice on phone to initially to try to save me money. Then came out and opened locked door like magic, Diagnosed problem of sheared inside latch. Replaced new lock and fixed new door furniture whilst explaining every element. Incredible service given , very friendly . I wouldn???t use anyone else and would highly recommend to everyone.
