Mark came to change my front door lock. He had great communication before arriving, on arrival was polite, respectful of my property, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. On investigation Mark found a few other problems that were causing issues with closing and locking my door. Mark went above and beyond correcting and fixing the other issues. An additional part was required for one of the other issues. There was no pressure on me to have the additional issue fixed and prices were discussed before hand which were very reasonable. I was given clear imformative demonstrations of the issues and the problems it was causing. Mark spent longer then anticipated fixing my door and locks but still remained kind, friendly and patient, not satisfied until the door was functioning as it should. I am so grateful for his kind professionalism and would highly recommend Mark to everybody. The pride Mark takes in his work is truly admiral."

Mark is a trusted tradesman who will always be at the top of my list to call. Really good job from a person who always does a first class job. Would recommend him.

Mark was brilliant.! From email sent and replied to promptly on a Sunday which I didn???t expect. He kept me informed of when he would arrive to do the FREE estimate. Gave me a rough estimate by email but the job was much smaller than I thought so we ended up paying less. Talked about everything he was doing which reassured me that he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend . Polite efficient and trustworthy. Complete service. Very very Happy customer. Thank you very much Mark. 5 stars. If I could give more I would.
