I visited Timpson for the first time with a broken necklace that was given to m by my grandma, so it meant a lot to me. Matt repaired it on the spot, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend Timpson and will be returning in the future!!!

The person in there this morning was so helpful... I have some time sensitive dry cleaning (for a funeral) and he took the time to contact the depot and confirmed the turnaround. Absolute star!

I was just preparing to go out tmr and took out my leather trench coat that had been cleaned last time at Timpson ??? and I completely broke down. Originally, there was only a small menstrual blood stain on the coat. After sending it for dry cleaning, the situation became disastrous. The entire leather trench coat is now extensively discoloured, and the leather has been severely stripped of its natural oils and has dried out significantly. I waited three months and paid ??69.95 for this service. When I collected the coat, I was already very dissatisfied: many black marks had appeared on the leather that were not there before. However, because I did not want to cause trouble for the staff and hesitated for a long time at the shop, I eventually took the coat home. After a few days at home, the discoloration became increasingly obvious. At least 50% of the leather trench coat is now visibly stained and damaged. What was originally just one small menstrual blood stain has turned into extensive damage: half of the back, both sleeves, the entire left front panel, and the lower right corner are all heavily discoloured, and the leather has become stiff and hardened. Facing such unprofessional cleaning service, and seeing a leather trench coat I loved turn into something I can barely bring myself to look at, I truly do not know how to deal with this situation. I am heartbroken. Honestly, this is the worst leather dry-cleaning service I have ever experienced.

I???ve had my shoes stretched here once before - on the 2nd occasion Daniel was on shift; asked if I wanted to try them on, found me a stool, and waited see how they fit and upon finding one was still a little tight offered to re-stretch it for me in the same session (free of charge)! So so kind and friendly, really grateful to have come today! Will definitely be back.
