I honestly thought our door was beyond saving, but Paul proved me wrong. He was friendly, approachable, and clearly knew his stuff. He not only fixed the many issues but took the time to explain how the door works, what went wrong, and how to avoid it in the future. He???s a genuine guy who really cares about his work, which shows in the quality of what he does. He???s also an easygoing, trustworthy man who made the whole experience pleasant. I???d happily recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service. Paul had a challenging job with my sons door but with his perseverance, experience and kindness he got the lock fixed. He goes above and beyond and l have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you Paul

Paul came out several years ago and did a great job despite having problem with a skeleton key. I had lost mine. He dismantled lock once in and while cleaning it removed a poisonous spider ! Very reasonable vs two others I phoned who were going to force the lock and charge a lot for a new one. I keep his number on me when out of my house just in case.

Incredibly impressed! Our uPVC conservatory door had jammed forcing us to use the patio doors off our living room to let our dog in/out - not ideal in wet weather! After getting an extortionate quote for a new door from a local window company who suggested that it could not be fixed, we???d lived with the jammed door for the past maybe 6 months. With the weather turning and becoming more frustrated with our lack of a proper back door (especially as the outside tap for the hose is in the conservatory??? go figure ?????????????????), I thought about asking a locksmith for help. 30 mins work, no damage, invoice less than originally quoted and saved not only hundreds but thousands of pounds for us. Could have charged us more for new locking mechanism but found a work around. Absolutely will not rip you off. Very friendly, very knowledgeable & would absolutely not hesitate to calling Paul again! Thank you so much.
