Kai at Cambridge city cebtre saved my graduation! Shoe's heels had popped off and needed them fixed. Did it on the spot and even polished them - all with a smile. Thank you

Fast and Friendly! Great service, fixed up my watch strap clasp right in front of me. Wasn't even charged for the service. Also was very helpful in advising me on what shoe polish to purchase.

Amazing experience! The heel of my dress shoe was coming off, so I stopped in to see what they could do. I dropped them off for just 30 minutes and they were fixed perfectly. Matthew did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
