Thanks Alex, for your brilliant service today, couldnt wish, for any one better. Didn't try, to sell us, any unneeded items, fixed what we had, couldn't ask, for any better service. Wouldn't hesitate, to use him again. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend! Alex came out to an emergency with our front door not locking. He found the gear box had broken and needed replacing. Ours is an awkward sized door so Alex needed to order one. He made the door secure for us then fitted the new mechanism the next day. The day after, we had a glitch and Alex was once again there to rescue us at short notice and make us all secure again. We will definitely use him in future. Local and trusted business. Thank you Alex!

A few weeks back I was in a situation where I was unable to gain entry to my elderly grandfathers front door. He???d locked the door in the evening then left the key in the door. The next morning the carers and myself were unable to get our key in, or get any response from my grandfather. Obviously worried I called 101 but after being on hold for over 15 mins I googled ???locksmiths near me??? and ???Precision Locks??? came up. I had a quick look at the reviews, all looked like the response time was quick so I gave Alexander a call. He answered promptly and after a quick explanation he was able to give me a time frame of 20 mins. He was there within 15 and was in the property within 10 mins. Alexander waited for me to go in and check & lucky Grandad was fast asleep and all was ok. So all in all it was a round 30 mins from initial phone call to peace of mind. Very happy with this service and I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service. I had a non emergency issue of a door that wouldn???t unlock, however, Alex had space the same day so came out to have a look. I???d managed to get the door unlocked before he got to us but then couldn???t get it to lock! The door had been an issue for a while, it was very difficult to engage the locks and to get the key to turn but after Alex had worked his magic, we can now close, lock and unlock the door with so much ease. Thank you for a super swift and excellent service. We would recommend Alex to anyone who has a dodgy door and definitely use him again if we have any issues in the future

I was in a messy situation and under pressure to get the door fixed. Called out a locksmith previously charged ??49 labour but they asked too much for parts at least ??350 I couldn???t believe it!!!. Went on the job quote put up the job!!! Made a few phone calls and I felt I found the right one. Thanks and many thanks I would highly recommend was very adaptable and fixed a difficult job and made it look easy.
