I needed a lock replaced for French doors leading to a back garden, as well as a new lock fitted for a shed. Chris arrived on time and made quick work of both jobs, finishing everything within 30 minutes. He was cordial, professional, and efficient throughout. The quote he provided was accurate and fair, and I was able to pay on the spot by card. Awesome job!

Richy was really professional and quick in cutting a second key that I needed. The process took less than a minute. Very impressed. Definitely recommend for key cutting

I just had my door lock changed back from an electronic one. Chris was super friendly and professional. He showed up on time and did a perfect job for a great price. Recommend the company.

I have used these guys for years and they are excellent. Excellent communication (speed and clarity), expectation setting and job quality. This time they were dealing with an issue with a locking mechanism. They came round, solved the issue and put in a temporary fix whilst the long term solution parts were ordered and delivered. Both times Chris came round, he was on time, lovely to interact with, answered all my curious questions and did a really good job. Thank you! Wonderful interaction throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I've used the services of Cambs Lock and Safe twice now. Colin responded to both instances. I was very impressed with his services especially the second time since it was a more complicated issue. I would definitely recommend Cambs Lock and Safe for the professionalism, care and level of service.
