Scott & Brassey pub in Carlisle - we had a last minute issue with a lock which could have prevented us opening on our "grand opening day". Called and within 2 hours Dave had arrived and installed a thumb lock, thus allowing us to open. Superb service, excellent workmanship - can highly recommend.

Dave came and arranged to change 2 locks to thumb turns for our parents. He had the job assessed, parts ordered and completed in less than 24 Hours. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and was very patient when explaining how the new locks operate.

Called Dave out when we couldn't open/lock the door. Within 30 minutes he arrived and started working. From callout to completion it was an hour. Knowledgeable and prepared. Thank you

Dave has been extremely prompt and helped us on an emergency as our main door wasnot closing, at the time when nobody responded that too in the weekend. Extremely affordable service which included the appropriate lock for the faulty door lock as well. We will include him in our contacts for future purposes

In early December 2025, my front door handle came off in my hand! Dave turned up at my house promptly on the day/time agreed. He quickly assessed which lock parts were needed & drove off to source them. He returned shortly afterwards to not only fix the faulty door lock, but he also adjusted the front door's hinges within the door frame. Both the door lock & the opening/closing of the door have never been smoother, since the house was built & I moved in 7 years ago! Steve Greenwood. 11 December 2025.
