   My enquiry was dealt with promptly. A technician came the next afternoon and advised and fitted new locks, explaining how they worked and how secure they are. I had worked myself up to fever pitch over my physical and mental wellbeing following various incidents on our development. He was totally understanding and patient. I can't thank him enough. Last night I felt safe enough to return home for the night, knowing no one can get in. Well done Timpsons. I shall be following up with an enquiry about cameras etc tomorrow.

   I like this company cause offering a lot of services in one place plus mobile help for a lot of needs. I have written to them and the day after someone came into my house to replace the lock. Steve Pepper has been brilliant, polite, professional and honest. Compliments! I will use again this company in the future.

   Had my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced, after two days I wasn???t happy by the quality of the new screen, it was slow and unresponsive. Went back to the shop and got told there was nothing wrong with it, and it???s just how it should be. Asked for a refund as it was so poor/slow. Manager Jimmi didn???t want to know, just kept sighing at me, and showed me how slow his old phone was, said it???s normal. Had to ring customer support, they asked me to get a second opinion. Took the phone to another Timpson store, then the Apple shop in Cambridge. Both who confirmed in writing that the screen was cheap and faulty. Head office then gave me a full refund via cheque. Apple replaced the screen, now all working as it should be, no thanks to Timpson or Jimmi.

   Only got myself to blame. Whilst taking my daughter to the toilet i thought I'd get a key cut. My daughter has a 20 minute tantrum and I return to find the store closed. No car keys no house keys, and a night in a hotel. Complete catastrophic expensive event.

   Terrible. Lazy staff, lolling over Counter asked me to return in 15 minutes , ( I gave them more time) just to pop a battery in a watch. When I returned he was lolling over the Counter again talking to his Colleague,I told him I had come for my watch,he walked to other side of the shop and proceeded to put the battery in,he had not even started it, with the excuse he had to do another job first. I find it difficult to understand why on my first visit he was lolling over the counter and on my return he was lolling over the counter again. To cap it all when I returned home and went to put my watch away it was scratched and had a small sharp piece of metal where he had used a tool to open the back of the watch and had damaged it in the process. My husband had a similar experience just over a week ago with an iPhone battery which they said would be ready in an hour on our return it was not started so my husband said he would return in the afternoon. Guess what,they said they could not do it so he paid for the battery and went to a little kiosk in the shopping centre entrance, the man there found another minor fault with the phone which he sorted in a few seconds was very helpful AND polite . Neither of us will return to Timpsins We have better things to do with our time.
