The keys always fit. I???ve bought keys over period from here. I always wonder how I will be received because he needs a bit of help with friendliness and is a bit tense with himself. It???s difficult to relax and smile if you haven???t had such. Keep trying

Customer had a key cut not only did it not work but damaged the lock , key got stuck as they used the wrong blank to start with when cutting and then left Customer without a door that would lock saying nothing they could do as only key cutters and not locksmiths as advertised which we no is not true at all very poor service

Really great customer service as usual with Timpson's. And a very reasonable price for a lifetime guarantee of watch battery replacements. - The kind of stability I need in my life!

Appalling customer service, manners cost nothing and you expect me to pay for something you told me you can't fix??!! Rude, rude man!
