I cannot recommend ARD Developments highly enough. From the very beginning, Rich was incredibly attentive to what I was trying to achieve. This wasn't a standard building project, it was a garage conversion into a dedicated workshop and studio space, and he really took the time to understand my requirements and the end goal. His advice throughout the project was invaluable, and he was always happy to discuss ideas and help find the best solution. The pricing was fair and transparent from the outset. What was quoted was what I paid, with no unexpected surprises along the way. The whole team were fantastic. Scott and Lee in particular deserve a special mention. They were punctual every single day, arriving early each morning and working incredibly hard throughout the project. They were always polite, respectful, tidy and considerate to both us and our neighbours. The quality of their workmanship has been outstanding, and it was clear they genuinely take pride in what they do. One thing that really impressed me was how smoothly everything ran. Rich communicated clearly throughout the project, letting me know what was happening next and what was required from me. His team were extremely well briefed, which meant very little input was needed from me during the build itself. Any special requirements I had were implemented without issue. The entire conversion was completed in around two weeks, which was remarkably quick considering the amount of work involved. The standard of finish is excellent and the space has completely exceeded my expectations. Rich also carried out all of the electrical work, including lighting, power and ventilation, and everything has been completed to a very high standard. The site was left clean and tidy, and the only outstanding item is the garage door, which is already on order and due to be fitted shortly. Overall, I feel I've received exceptional value for money and an outstanding service from start to finish. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ARD Developments to friends, family or anyone considering a building project, and I will definitely be using Rich and his team again for future work. Thanks again to Rich, Scott and Lee for doing such a fantastic job.

We have recently had a Supalite roof fitted to our conservatory and what a difference it has made not only to the appearance but also the comfort inside. James Rich and Ash were fantastic. They kept us up to date during the whole build, working very efficiently and always tidying up every day after work. We must also mention Steve who quoted for the job. There again very helpful and answered any questions we put to him. Altogether a fantastic job and we would thoroughly recommend ARD Developments Ltd. Rob and Liz Morgan

ARD Developments provided what we were looking for when replacing a roof and 4.2KW solar with a hot water diverter. Providing an end to end service. We were very lucky with the weather to have the work done in January 25..apart from one weekend and a named storm lifting roof membrane and we had to call ARD who on a Sunday came out and made good! All the work was carried out early January to the beginning of February as per the contract of a dry ridge, dry valley and dry verges and on roof solar. Solar panels being commissioned on the 20th of March once the ok given by the DN0 for 5KW inverter this taking slightly longer as we needed new electrical feeds to cope with the solar going on the roof as the property was built in 1958 for which ARD had to return once new meter works were completed An exceptional work team at ARD.

We were so lucky to be introduced to ARD Developments. We were new to the area and couldn't have found a nicer, more reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable bunch of guys. They played a major part in transforming the house we bought into the home we have today. You name it they did it. You won't find better.
