   We recently had our garage converted into a home office (come hobby space) by Justin, and we couldn't be happier with the result. What was once little more than a storage space has been transformed into a fantastic room that has genuinely added usable living space to our home. The quality of the finish is excellent, and the room is incredibly well insulated and comfortable in all weathers (which we've had in the past 4 weeks). He cut through the long length of the garage for a french door, which has increased the natural light no end. It feels like a completely separate space from the house, which is exactly what we wanted. From day one, Justin was brilliant to work with. He turned up early every day, was friendly, professional, and simply got on with the job. One of the things we appreciated most was that he could carry out the vast majority of the work himself, which meant the project kept moving forward without the delays that can often happen when you're waiting for multiple trades to become available. Communication was always straightforward, and any questions we had were answered honestly and clearly. The only delay we experienced was right at the end while waiting for the electrician to complete and certify the final electrical work, which was completely outside of Justin's control. The finished office has exceeded our expectations and has become my favourite space outside of the house. If you're considering a garage conversion or any building work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Justin and JVS Construction.    Justin has just completed the conversion of our brick outhouse into a fabulous art studio. This was not an easy job but he rose to the challenge and finished it to a very high standard, on time and on budget. As others have said, Justin is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work.    Justin has recently completed a garage conversion for us and we are very impressed with the complete project. He had previously done a similar job for our neighbour - so came highly recommended. Justin can only be described as a perfectionist and his work is of the highest quality. He is extremely helpful, friendly and fully describes what and why he is doing things. We originally just wanted a french door but Justin suggested adding a window and we are so pleased he did. He ensured everything was left clean and tidy.
