Following water leakage in our utility room, decided to make it a wet room. Steve Bennett came highly recommended and certainly did a fantastic job stripping the walls back and the flooring to come up. New floor down, tiled floor and walls, new sink unit, the works. First class job throughout.

Excellent team, started work on the day they said they would and finished on time. Steve always asked our advise/preferences when not sure about something. Particularly impressed with the way they sorted out and recycled the old kitchen quickly - no ugly skips left outside and uncollected for ages. We now have a lovely kitchen/diner and will certainly use his services again and can fully recommend him.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job of completely transforming the downstairs of my house. They converted most of the garage into a very smart utility room, removed a load-bearing wall to make a fantastic kitchen/diner and built a new wall to form the new lounge. Replaced ceilings, plastered everywhere, put in new electrics and plumbing, fitted kitchen and utility, tiled, lay flooring and decorated. Everything was completed to a very high standard. Steve was great at discussing your ideas and making creative suggestions so that the end result was even better than you had thought possible. He built a media wall in my lounge which allowed for a much improved layout. Steve always kept you informed of what was happening and when the different tradesmen would be arriving. All the workmen who came were friendly, helpful and did a great job. I am thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team for any work - in fact I would not use anybody else now!

I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. He knocked through from our kitchen to the dining room, re-furbished the utility room and moved an internal wall creating a fabulous large dining kitchen with a small study area. It feels like a completely new house! Steve has a great team and all work was carried out to a high standard with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent, Steve informed us everyday what was happening and who would be on site. I would not hesitate to recommend SW Bennett.

Absolutely delighted with our ground floor extension! End result far exceeded our expectations and everything has been finished to a very high standard. Steve and his team were great to have on site and were super considerate of family life, as well as being tidy. Steve had lots of fantastic creative ideas, practical suggestions and ideas to save on costs to get the most out of the space and great at problem solving when unexpected challenges arose due to our house being an old one and previous building work being poorly executed. He also do a fantastic job of restoring sections of our Georgian stone walls. Steve has great contacts and we were extremely happy with the work done by his plumber, electrician and carpenter who were all lovely to have on site. We would highly recommend Steve for any project - big or small
