Today we took delivery of 14 softwood sleepers, as we live in a cul-de-sac in Kington it can be difficult to gain access and turn, as a retired HGV class 1, I was seriously impressed with the manoeuvring skill of the driver, the steering rear axle certainly helped.. The driver asked where we would like the delivery and he went above and beyond to put them exactly where we wanted them.. please thank the driver. Also the softwood sleepers were of excellent quality, far better than we had previously from a local builders merchant. I can't recommend the service and goods highly enough

Great customer service price and delivery,Highly recommended

Great load of guys plus the drivers .I've had a lot of decking materials. They couldn't be more helpful. Defently recommend ????

Despite having been taken over by a larger firm, they have maintained their standard of service. Reasonable prices, even for the little guy without an account. Helpful staff with a can do attitude. Will often confirm a specific query about a product by going out into the yard to check. Have been able to add something to an existing order at short notice as long as the lorry hadn't been loaded and space permitting. The drivers have always done an excellent job for me, despite my difficult location. Free and fast delivery with no minimum order, although I try not to take the mickey.

Any issues have now been resolved. On 3 occasions I???ve been to the roofing dept & on each occasion I???ve left thinking I must remember never to go there again! The lack of enthusiasm is incredible & I want to shout if you don???t enjoy your job go and do something else. I???m doing a sizeable self build but really resent given you any more money. I???m all for buying local but these employees definitely need a lesson on customer service.
