After being let down by someone else, these guys turned up like ???Builder Fairies??? ! From the very start they were so friendly, helpful, and understanding, which made such a difference. They kept to their word on everything they promised, always communicated well, and the quality of their work was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about doing a great job. I honestly can???t thank the team at PDP Building enough. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy builders. Thanks again for everything! ???????????????

The guys are just completing our kitchen/dining/utility install today at the end of a brilliant project. Josh led this one and has been helpful throughout, keeping us informed and organising the trades to get the job done. We're very pleased with the well finished rooms and will certainly be using PD again for future projects. Highly recommended!

Charlie, Josh and the team delivered a great renovation job to the highest standards, they are a fantastic company. We contracted P&D Building and Development to completely renovate a Victorian property which involved: totally gutting the property, changing the layout which included new kitchen and bathroom, electrical, plumbing and insulation work to current regulation, the whole house was finish to a very high standard. The project was ???turn key??? communication was excellent throughout. We would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

PD Building & Development renovated our kitchen late last year and we're really happy with the results - they handled fitting the kitchen, tiled floors, plumbing, electrics, plastering ceilings, fitting doors. Charlie, Josh and the team were reliable and friendly, and Charlie did a great job of managing the project, keeping us in the loop, and answering any queries we had. Would recommend!

We went to PD Building & Development with a vision who made it become an even better reality. Communication throughout the project was superb. Charlie, Josh and the team are very professional, their work is completed to a high standard. Charlie understood our specification and did his best to keep everything we wanted within budget, even with our added extras! We are very pleased with our small extension, and would definitely use them again for any future work. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for home improvements. Thank you PD Building & Development Shelly & Victoria
