we bought a Perrott new single build home 8 years ago, the house was built to a very high standard, with only a couple of small issues to date, the company has responded , with care and consideration on each occasion, very impressed

Absaloutly zero customer service. I booked a property through booking .com for 17th May. My partner received a message from these saying we can't stay in this property booked because it's already booked ???? Then sent a link to another property, fair enough we thought. Clicked on the link to be told this accomodation is unavailable. Messaged Kian on Booking.com and had no response at all. So I emailed his company email, still no response. Let down last minute and no solution or response from him. So annoyed!!
