Fabulous service from Phil and the team who went beyond the call of duty. On one of the hottest days of the year, I recall it was Mark and Ian (huge apologies if I???ve got that wrong- the weather was roasting!) they delivered great quality soil with a smile. Could not be more helpful. Thanks indeed.

The chaps at bences always try to look after us, the lads on the yard are accommodating , the drivers are the same, Darren and Phil at the front desk have professionalism not showed by many of their competitors in the area, I always try and support this business and encourage all my neighbours to do the same, I am not the best with tech and never post anything but you should praise when due

Mike, Phil and the Bence team at Ledbury really have been superb. For a year an a half that I???ve used them, they have always given great service, fantastic comms and good information on products I???ve needed. Nothing has been too much trouble and all delivered rapidly. Without question I???ve tried all other suppliers and they are head and shoulders above all. A great team that I will continue to use throughout my projects. Huge thanks one and all???..Mick Allan????

Brilliant service from the lads at Bence Ledbury branch. Current landscaping project and the guys never fail to come up with a solution or product to suit the purpose. Every member of staff go out of their way to be helpful, friendly and come up with the best deals available. If you want to be valued as a customer, Bence is the place to go.

Always our go to merchant! Customer service is brilliant and prices are competitive, as a small local business we wouldn???t go anywhere else! Thanks to Phil and Darren and all the Ledbury staff for a great service! John Shaw Installation & Maintenance Services
