Mortar crumbling already, thought I???d get years out of it. Nice enough guy, but claims to be a member of the federation of master builders. When I checked their site, he???s on their expelled list as of 2025. Do your own research chaps ! In response- I???m sorry you weren???t happy with my review and star rating I gave. I thought it was fair for the work you did.

My experience with Jake and js contruction is that he takes money, provides shoddy work taking months longer than quoted, blames everyone and everything else, is messy and careless, lies through his teeth and demands money constantly, like the reviews below I would not have this guy in my house again, he also appears to have unsatisfied ccj's against him.. as well as having being expelled from the federation of master builders (a feat in itself), when confronted he becomes very threatening, to the extent of police involvement. steer very clear. He has had my review removed from google somehow despite it being completely accurate and provably so, dissapointing google as you are supporting a bad businesman by taking down negative reviews!, This is my genuine review!

I highly recommend this bricklayer. Jake responded quickly, arrived exactly on time, and completed the work to an excellent standard within the agreed timeframe. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and he was professional, reliable, and efficient throughout. His pricing was also very reasonable and much better than the other quotes I received, offering great value for money. I'm extremely pleased with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I have just had Js Construction to repair my garden wall damaged by house building contractors the other side of my garden wall. Despite very poor cooperation from the house builders denying adequate access to carry out the planned repair ,they very kindly modified the work to maintain safety of the wall, but if the house building contractor's had been more cooperative they would have been able to carry out a more comprehensive repair.I thank them for their patience with a very uncooperative house building firm now operating on Canon Pyon Road.

Brilliant Job done by Jake. He rebuilt our boundary wall after it was knocked down. He kept us informed throughout the process, everything was done to an exceptionally standard.I could not recommend him enough. Well done Jake more work from us will come your way.
