Paul from Rose answered a question I had that he didn???t have to and also did so very promptly. Says a lot about them compared to a lot of the larger house builders

Rose built some houses in elmsett. My property is ajoining the development and they needed some right of way to carry out work. On both occastions they had to dig up my land with the asssurance it would be put back as was. On both ocationions this was left in a complete mess. Turf was put down and died. They left site a year ago with a list of things outstanding for me. Fence reapair and ground repair from work carried out. Even after contacting them on more then one time with promise to get done. But just like every other builder they do not care shoddy work and once off site never seen again. Would not concider them for any work.

Dangerous driving. One of your vans today 02.09.25 at 1525 registration AK71 LRU did not look to check the road was clear when pulling out of the private road on Cox's Hill Manningtree nearly causing a crash. You are going to cause an RTC.

We???ve had the lovely Keven working on our shop in Halstead for the past few weeks & he???s an absolute credit to Rose. Kept us informed, updated, was very polite, considerate & made us smile! Excellent job too. Thank you Keven, we will all miss your smiling face!

Would like to mention that Rose builders had an excellent team that repaired our garage wall totally professional through out. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use the firm again. Thanks everyone at Rose builder's.
