I have recently used Elite for two house clearance and repair and redecoration jobs in my capacity as a professional Estate Administrator. The speed and quality of their work is a breath of fresh air, in an age when no-one seems to care about workmanship, quality of service and taking care of the smaller details. I have been so impressed that I recently asked the guys to do some work on my own property. My wife and I were both delighted with their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elite to anyone needing construction works, home building or repair jobs, and decorative works. They are real professionals who can be trusted to do a great job at a decent price. Nick Plumb, Practice Principal, Plumb Will & Probate Services, Baylham, Suffolk.

I cannot fault the service provided by Steve and his first class team. Everything went like clockwork and even the unexpected issue of a load bearing wall was resolved in 24 hours. Everyone turned up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was expecting the knocking down of a wall and the installation of the kitchen to take 4 to 5 weeks, it was done in 3. I cannot recommend Elite Building highly enough. Thank you so much Trev, Tracy, Kevin and Colin.

I was delighted with the service provided by Steve, Scott and the team at Elite. They were able to begin work before their estimated start date and, from then onwards, someone was on site every day through to the end of the project. Elite co-ordinated the various trades with a minimum of fuss and kept me informed throughout. I was perhaps lucky that we encountered few snags or surprises along the way but, when they did arise, Steve and Scott gave me a full explanation and, most importantly, solutions. The quality of the work was second to none and I felt that all the team were intent on achieving the same finish they would want in their own homes. I was kept up to date on the schedule all the way through the project so that I could choose decorative finishes etc in good time and Steve was always happy to explain why and how he was tackling jobs the way he did. Each member of the team was committed to the job and everyone gave a final push to finish the project in time for the Christmas break. All the guys were polite and cheerful, and the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. I thoroughly recommend Elite and will ask them back for any future jobs.

The brief was a garage extension and installation of an electric charging point. The result was an excellent quality build from the friendly and professional team. They communicated with us regularly at every stage of the project, they were considerate of our needs and those of our neighbours from a parking point of view and they kept the site tidy at all times, removing all waste and debris at the end. They also restored the affected areas of the garden. Elite were a pleasure to work with and we will certainly look to use them again for any future projects and would highly recommend! Thanks to Scott and the team!

Scott and team completed the patio with absolutely no problems or stress to myself.I would recommend them to anyone.
