Gav and Ben did a great job removing an internal wall for us. Clear on price, swift job and very tidy! Would definitely recommend and will have them back for any future work

We wanted a refurbished kitchen including flooring. Aaron from Floor Dimensions noticed the floor was drooping. He arranged for Gav to have a look, who suggested that the floor needed replacing. Gav then arranged to dig out the old floor and replace it. We found several voids that could have caused future problems (due to insufficient compacting when the property was built a 100 years ago). Many thanks to Gav and Ben who worked in an exemplary manner; politely, considerately and diligently, oh, and they swept up at the end of the day.

"I recently had my kitchen fully renovated by GDC Build, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Gavin was so professional, attentive to detail, he always kept me informed throughout the project. He listened to my ideas and offered valuable suggestions to improve the design and functionality of my kitchen. The quality of GDC Build workmanship is outstanding; every element, from the cabinetry to the countertops, was installed with precision and care. Gavin and his team completed the job on time and within budget, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. My new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend Gavin GDC Build to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their home renovation." I am thrilled with the outstanding work completed by GDC Build, this on our second project together. Not only do I have an amazing new front room, but an added media unit which was not in the plan has totally transformed my room. GDC Build attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality craftsmanship have truly exceeded my expectations once again. From start to finish, Gavin has delivered on time, with excellent communication and a flawless result. I highly recommend GDC Build to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder!"

Gavin and his team recently completed our house extension project. It was a large project which doubled the size of our family home. GDC also laid a new driveway, a new patio around the house, new fencing, electric gates and built a new cartlodge. Gavin managed the entire project, his attention to detail was uppermost, the work always to the highest standard, he was easy to work with, his team leaving the site tidy at the end of every day. It was an ambitious project, but Gavin was across all aspects and we always worked through any issues together. The supply of weekly cakes was not contractual but they definitely helped Gavin's team to cope with all weather conditions! ???? We would recommend GDC for similar projects. They are a professional, trustworthy, courteous, friendly, hard working team and produce high quality work. Gavin is a problem solver, nothing is too much trouble for him. We obviously did our due diligence on GDC beforehand, so it was no surprise that our experience was a positive one. We wish Gavin and his team every success as they continue to build a credible business. Barry & Donna

Gavin has now completed our house extension, and we would like to thank him for a job very well done - added photos below. We hope his business goes from strength to strength - he deserves to do well! Would highly recommend Gavin, and the team at GDC. Converted out garage to an office suite last year, and now working on a 54 sq m extension for us. Work is always to the highest standard, and they are easy to work with, leaving the site tidy at all times when they finish work.
