Neil and his team have redone my barn, house and garage roof over the past 10 years. They are reliable and do a quality job. They are courteous and happy to tell you what they are doing and what the plans are for the day, always leaving things as tidy as they can at the end of the day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Neil and his team completed an extension to our home which created a self contained annexe. The work was completed to a high standard and the project manager Wayne and the team did a fantastic job. We are so pleased and the advice and support we had from NSH through the build saved us both money and time. I recommend NSH for any building work - very nice people and very professional builders.

I used NSH Developments for my barn conversion on my family farm and the experience using them was faultless from start to finish. From the start of the project Neil provided a very detailed spreadsheet with all the costings so I could see where my money was going. Wayne the project manager was very helpful throughout the build. He made weekly visits during busy times in the build to show me exactly what was going on and progress made. Wayne also dealt with building control who put endless rules and regs on my build. If it wasn???t for his patience with all these rules my move in date would have been delayed by months. Every builder / worker on site (without fail) worked long hours and started the day early. (Some days even before I was awake). They were all very friendly and treated everything in the farm yard (where the building was) with respect and kept the whole work site very clean and tidy. I couldn???t recommend NSH Developments enough and I will definitely be using them for future projects around the farm.

Very professional service with lots of really knowledgeable staff and was very accommodating when I needed to change the spec 100% would recommend and I already have to some of my friends

We moved into our bungalow in 2018 and in 2020, we initially engaged NSH to completely remodel the kitchen and bathroom, and replace all the interior plumbing. In 2022, our second project was to completely reconfigure the interior layout of the bedrooms, so convert three bedrooms to two, one being a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and all the interior flooring through the bungalow. Finally in 2023, they converted the original separate double garage into living space including a small bathroom, and connected that to the Bungalow with a passageway. This included new underfloor heating throughout the passageway and the original garage. Then they added a new build garage attached to the original garage ad reroofed the entire building. We were really happy with the work done and the way they did it. Professional, polite, and clean. Any project has some issues, but they were dealt with promptly and at no further cost to us. If we were planning any work in the future, I would not hesitate to use them again. One last point. Neil provided us with detailed quotations ahead of each phase. He was spot on. So no financial surprises for us once the work was completed.
