We would 100% recommend Warren to carry out any work we might need in the future. He takes pride in what he does, very tidy and happy with the results of our build. The project was not off plan and Warren helped throughout with technical requirements where necessary. Big thanks..

Warren created for us a patio area edged with brick and bordered by two planting channels. The patio has to withstand the weight of an 18' wide swimming pool over the summer months, which it has done admirably for the last 3 years. Warren listened carefully to what we needed, advised us, shared sample materials with us ahead of time and carried out the work in a timely and professional manner. Our grass was protected from machinery and the site was left clean and tidy. A friendly disposition, good communication and a fair price for work goes a long way.

Warren rebuilt a flintwork wall for me. My property is a listed building and to satisfy the listings officer Warren had to build a test panel a metre square! Having satisfied the listing officers that the work would be done sympathetically , Warren took the old wall down, salvaged the original materials, put in a proper footings and using the correct lime morter rebuilt the wall tieing it in to other wall sections! I was impressed by the care lavished and skill taken to rebuild the wall, I am confident it will stand for another 300 hundred years and the moss is growing back nicely so it looks undisturbed! Thank you very much Warren for an all round excellent service!

I can't fault Warrens work, his friendliness, attention to detail and skill. I own an old house that had very rotten barge boards. Warren removed the old barge boards replaced them with new treated and painted timber. The traditional finish was excellent and I would highly recommend his work. He's honest, true to his quote, punctual and works hard.

I used Calbrooke Builders in 2021 to build a garage extension. They made an excellent job. Clean and tidy builders..Nothing was too much trouble. Warren is an excellent bricklayer with loads of experience,. Used them again in 2023 to install a rainwater harvesting tank to enable flushing of toilets. Again a quick and efficient service.
