Burgess are great builders and after having previous new builds from National builders , there really is no comparison. The attention to detail in style and quality will give you peace of mind and enable you to enjoy your new home.

We purchased our home from Burgess Homes in September last year, and honestly, we couldn???t be happier. From the moment we arrived, it felt different ??? not just a development, but somewhere truly special to live. We absolutely love our property, the location, and the overall feel of the development. There???s a real sense of thought, care, and quality in everything, which sets it apart immediately. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the team. They were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, and their patience and reassurance made all the difference. Oliver was particularly kind and helpful ??? nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely valued. Since moving in, Aaron has also been fantastic, always on hand to help with anything we need and consistently going above and beyond. A special mention must also go to the team currently working on site. Although there are still properties being built, you would hardly notice. The workers are not only considerate, but consistently respectful and polite. The site itself is kept incredibly tidy, and there is very little noise ??? something we really appreciate day to day. There???s a real sense that we???re part of something special here ??? almost like being welcomed into an exclusive club. The neighbours are lovely and we have such a sense of belonging already. The quality of Burgess Homes is simply on another level. The attention to detail, the finish, and the overall standard of excellence far surpass anything else we saw in the in Suffolk??? and we looked extensively before finding our home. Quite simply, no other developer came close. Burgess Homes are a different league altogether. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Burgess Homes and are genuinely grateful every day to call it home.

From the very first viewing of our bungalow, we were both so impressed with the overall build quality, and of the customer service that we received from the Burgess Homes Team. On moving in, to our recent 3 monthly snagging list, the standard of after-care service has been faultless. If you are looking to buy a new home in this area, then you should seriously consider viewing a Burgess Homes property before any other local developer.

If Carlsberg did house builders??? I genuinely can???t speak highly enough of Burgess Homes - from the very first viewing through to what turned out to be a particularly tricky completion day, the entire team were outstanding - professional, supportive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took the time to understand my needs, worked closely with me to create a beautiful interior, and managed expectations clearly and honestly throughout the whole process. Oliver has been kind, patient and super helpful, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really sets Burgess Homes apart is their commitment to quality and attention to detail. These aren???t your typical new builds, they???re thoughtfully designed homes with real character. If you???re looking for something special rather than typical, I???d wholeheartedly recommend securing one of their homes. You genuinely won???t regret it.

We have been living in our bungalow for a month the build quality and attention to detail is what you would expect from a Burgess home. Even the garden was finished in a way that allowed us to further develop our vision, definitely giving the personal touch. Customer care has been excellent and Oliver and the are team happy to deal with any questions or issues quickly and efficiently. I really can???t fault the service we have received from our initial enquiry all the way through to moving in. I am sure we are going to be very happy here.
