It is a pleasure working with Alex as my primary building contractor. Always a great communicator, can overcome unexpected issues by thinking outside the box, and always very professional. Alex???s team successfully delivered a high end conversion project for me in central Ipswich under challenging circumstances. I look forward to working with Alex long into the future.

Alex and his team are fantastic! I???m absolutely delighted with the final result. The extension has added real value to the property, and the kitchen is now the heart of the home. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled and professional company for major home improvements. Highly recommend this company.

Professional, reliable and fair prices. AFR did a full house refurbishment and conversion to 6-bedroom HMO in March - May 2024. Their work was very good, they completed on time and attended to inevitable snagging promptly and without any issue. Their price was very fair for the high quality of workmanship. They are very easy to work with and maintained a good level of regular communication throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending AFR to any residential client. The only challenge will be getting a space in their diary!

Alex has been a dream to work with. His work is of a very high standard, he is a great problem solver and has a keen attention to detail. He is mindful of projects budgets, suggesting ways to save money where necessary. He is a great communicator and transparent throughout, to ensure no surprises. He is by far the best contractor I have worked with and takes the stress out of a project. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone requiring a contractor and hope to work with him again in the future.

I highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone requiring a builder. Alex has excellent communication skills, keeping us updated at regular intervals as the project progressed. He is experienced and very knowledgeable in his field, nothing is too much trouble. Alex always dealt with any issues that arose, head on, then provided us with various solutions. I found Alex to be extremely hard working, always pushing to meet any deadlines. I would not hesitate in using Alex and his team again for another renovation project.
