I have recently had the pleasure of having this company complete some house renovations for me. Minor building works & kitchen update - from their perspective, a small job, but from mine a big job. From beginning to end, Joe, Emma & their whole team have been great. They have clearly explained everything that was due to happen, gave us regular updates throughout and done an outstanding job. It was a dirty job , but they???ve done their best to keep mess to a minimum, cleaned up afterwards and gone above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Unforeseen circumstances (at our end) were taken in their stride and solutions found. I would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended ??? Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We recently had a great experience working with Joe, Emma, and the team at Clarke Building And Roofing Services Ltd. After the recent storms, we needed urgent repairs to our roof and interior due to water ingress. They not only fixed the immediate issues but also addressed the root causes, ensuring a long-term solution rather than just a quick patch-up. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They promptly scheduled our job, arrived exactly when they said they would, and completed everything to a high standard. They even went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. Throughout the process, they were friendly, professional, and polite, making the whole experience stress-free. We only wish we had known about them sooner when we had some major garden transformation work done! Without a doubt, we will be using them again for any future projects, big or small. We highly recommend Clarke Building And Roofing Services Ltd to our friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable, high-quality workmanship. Thank you again, Joe, Emma, and the team, for the fantastic job. We look forward to working with you again! Steve and Katie ??? Tithebarn, Exeter

I moved into a house that needed total refurbishment from new wiring, new boiler and central heating system, re-plastering throughout, new bathroom installation including knocking through a wall between the separate toilet and full re-decoration. Joe and team were not only flexible enough to start the work as soon as possible to allow me to move in but also had to include an un-planned new roof replacement due to leaking issues with the old roof. The team were always reliable and very hard-working including working at the weekends to get the works finished before Christmas. I am due to have a new driveway and dropped kerb and will also be having a new kitchen installed at some point - I will definitely be using Joe and his team again! Thank you Joe and team!

Joe and his team did a brilliant job installing a new rear access door to my garage and 50m2 of porcelain patio to my garden and front/rear access paths. Joe is great to work with and communicated his ideas and thoughts throughout. He has a great eye for detail from the products and finishes he selects to the way he approaches his work and this has delivered for me a top quality product. I'm really pleased with the end product and to have a great contact for future work. I look forward to working with Joe and his team again!
