Great service from Garrett Building & Maintenance Ltd. They completed a garage conversion for me, transforming it into a bedroom with an en-suite and linking it seamlessly into the main house. They arrived as booked and didn???t leave the job until everything was finished to a high standard. The workmanship and finish were excellent, and any alterations were discussed with myself beforehand. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout. I would highly recommend them. Mel

We???ve just come to the end of a three month project, coordinated by Chay, to update our house. There were a couple of walls to knock down, a new interior garage door to create, windows and doors to replace, a kitchen to install, internal doors to replace, first and second fix electrical and plumbing works to complete, and the flooring and decorating to finish the job. We are delighted with the finished project; Chay and the team were very responsive and accommodating and they have done a lovely job - thanks to every one of you.

We are so happy with the results but just as important was the way Chay and his team worked with us . It was a big project that took over 12 months but the engagement was consistent and is ongoing. There are inevitable some snagging issues with such a big build and Chay has responded promptly & work with us to resolve them . All our friends & family love the new house and we???ve had loads of positive comments from neighbours too !

Couldn???t be happier with the extensive extension and renovation work carried out by chay and his team, they really seem to care about doing things properly and that is reflected in the high quality finish. My project took around 18 months to complete and chay did a fantastic job of organising the local trades people and managing the site. Given that I was only able to physically visit around once per month, the meetings were always well organised and very productive and my instructions were always implemented on point. Highly recommend and would definitely work with again??? Remember you get what you pay for and this team do not cut corners!

Awesome service from Chay and his awesome crew of local Tradesmen. They turned my cosy 1 bedroom Fisherman's Cottage into a 2 bedroom luxury Beach House. Even the locals enjoyed watching the development and have received so many comments from locals expressing how much they love my new look Coast Cottage. I have no hesitation in recommending Garrett Building & Maintenance - I am one very happy Client
