We are really enjoying the company of our new neighbours, and the quiet village atmosphere of Rosebanks. The contemporary design and functionality of the property, within the village setting combines modern and countryside living seamlessly. The outdoor living space is generous and unmatched compared to any other development we considered. We would highly recommend an energy efficient Heritage Home to anyone who is looking to move rurally.???

We are absolutely loving our new 3 bed home in Topsham from Heritage! The spec and design is fantastic, it???s clear plenty of thought was put into storage and utility space whilst maintaining a nice open plan feel. The vast choice of finishes allows for a personal touch to meet anyone???s taste. The entire build is finished to an excellent standard and even after moving in Heritage have continued to be very supportive and were quick to sort our small snags.

Quality of the build and details on our visit seemed better than some of the new build developments around. Shame the price for a 2 bedroom bungalow was a little out of our reach at ??825000. But it's Topsham.

I have recently purchased a Heritage home and have been very impressed with the level of service provided by Heritage from start to finish. The internal spec and the finish product is of very high standard and I don't think I could get any better anywhere else, the properties are truly exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

What an incredibly positive experience when dealing with Heritage Homes. The care that the team provide is excellent and they are always just a phone call away. The homes are immaculate and are of such an incredibly quality and finish. The plot and grounds are immaculate, considering the ongoing works on site, and such beautifully maintained access and visual appearance of the entire site. Would highly recommend and Heritage Home.
