We used Silver Fern for the design and construction of a rear extension, and some internal restructuring works. They are an amazing and friendly team to work with, who are very professional and knowledgeable. Their work is to a high standard and we are delighted with the space they have created for us. We would not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects and highly recommend them.

As the owner of ARP Architects Limited, we have worked with Silver Fern Developments for nearly seven years. They are one of our most favoured contractors. Their work is always of the highest quality and they pride themselves on working to maintain a clean and tidy building site with minimal disruption to the clients. Silver Fern Developments have recently completed a major extension and renovation project that we designed for Summerhayes Care Home in Sandford. The project was highly complicated as the builders had to work around the residents and staff of the care home, which was able to continue running throughout the extensive building works. When choosing a firm of builders for such a complicated and sensitive project, Silver Fern Developments were absolutely the right contractors for the job. We are confident that ARP Architects Limited and Silver Fern Developments will continue to work together in the future and hopefully complete many projects together. Thank you Silver Fern Developments.

Here???s a polished version of your review: --- ?????????????????????????????? We were absolutely delighted with the exceptional workmanship delivered throughout the 13 month project. The team completed everything on time, with great attention to detail and creativity in their approach. Their friendly and professional manner made the entire experience a pleasure. They were also incredibly discreet and respectful around the elderly residents of our care home ??? a quality we truly appreciate. Their sensitivity and care ensured minimal disruption and a positive atmosphere for everyone involved. We can???t thank Matt, Donna, Al and their team enough for their outstanding work and the wonderful friendship that has grown through working together. Highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, reliability, and genuine care in every aspect of their work.

Silver Fern were brilliant, the whole team were super friendly and professional the whole way through our project. The speed at which they worked to get our garage conversion completed was really impressive. Any changes to the plan were communicated clearly and we always felt that we knew where we were with the project. In the few months since completion, it has made a dramatic difference to our home and really helped us make the most of our space. We would (and have) recommend them to everyone! ??????????????????????????????
