Chris James Building Services sorted my back garden to improve access for me - cutting a gateway in the boundary wall, laying a fantastic patio (with access slope) and fitting a made to measure gate. I couldn???t have asked for anything better, they did a brilliant job and were all prompt, polite very hardworking and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. Big pat on the back lads.

Being new to the area and having no prior connection with Chris, I was naturally quite nervous about trusting someone unknown with major structural work involving the removal of a chimney breast over two floors and the installation of steels. From start to finish, the service was extremely professional. The price was fair and reasonable, communication throughout was excellent, and the quality of the work was really good. The guys were polite, reliable, and very courteous to both us and our neighbours while the work was being carried out. Everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and the whole process was far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional builders.

We recently used Chris James Building Services for work on our home after a recommendation from a relative who had used them in the past. The works we had completed were for both inside and outside our property and involved different trades. We received great communication from Chris throughout the process and a clear competitive quote. The works were completed to a high standard by tradesmen who were polite, friendly and respectful of our home. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chris and his team.

Honestly we can???t recommend Chris James Building services enough! Super reliable, always on time, and really easy to deal with. The work was done to a great standard and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you so much we are so pleased with our new space and how everything turned out!

We had an extension built by Chris and his team. They were a pleasure to have around and were always polite and respectful. The site was left tidy at the end of each evening which made things a lot easier. We were really pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend Chris & his team, and will be using him again for our next project.
