We have lived in a bungalow in 16 Batts Meadow, North Petherton for almost 4 months now and couldn???t be happier. Construction quality is superb, layout is great, making the most of the space. Our relationship with Otter construction, particularly the Site Manager Al, began Summer 2023 when we discovered them online and everybody has shown us the utmost courtesy and been extremely helpful. Al???s construction team were great and always at the ready to assist in any way possible. Al himself showed us constant patience with our weekly (sometimes twice weekly!) visits to the site, always making time for us, answering all our queries. Thanks to Otter Construction we have found the home of our dreams in which to enjoy our later years. Thank you Otter!

We moved into our beautiful new home in Batts Meadow 6 weeks ago. We are so impressed with the quality of the build but also the layout of the properties. Otter have made sure each home has space along with wider roads than most new estates. Alan, who ran the site, is so helpful and patient! We can't recommend Otter enough for a new home.
