Rowland, Clayton and Jed have just about finished my extension with a good workable toilet downstairs. It all looks great. They have been incredibly helpful and gone above and beyond, doing many things not in the original contract to help me out! Very high standards and I would recommend them highly as also being very friendly and pleasant people. The outside of the extension looks really great and they took care of ordering all the things they couldn't do themselves such as glass balustrades etc. (Because they've had a dreadful family tragedy recently not everything is quite finished but as soon as it is I can post photos).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clayton and his team to anybody looking to have building work done. Their attention to detail and quality of finish is second to none! They're professional approach and understanding of current regulations is a breath of fresh air!

RC-B did an excellent job for us. The work involved: ??? rebuilding and extending parts of a 1969 four bed bungalow ??? complete refurbishment including three new bathrooms ??? replumbed with a completely new central heating system ??? complete rewiring ??? replaced all of the windows ??? repairs to roof ??? they also had to deal with structural issues left from an attic conversion carried out by previous owners, that should never have been passed by building control. The quality of RC-Bs work is very high. RC-B have a range of subcontractors with whom they have developed close working relationships, and who work to the same high standards. RC-B are very good at problem solving. Whenever we hit problems on the build, they came up with cost effective solutions, that helped us to stay within our budget. The behaviour of all of the people we met was impeccable, both RC-B and their subcontractors. We found them completely honest and trustworthy. We left the property in RC-Bs hands for a couple of months during the ???dirty??? phase of the work and RC-B had a key to the property all through the work. RC-Bs customer care is also excellent. This was a stressful experience, as most building projects are. RC-B were very good at helping us deal with that stress, for example they worked with us to help us stay within budget. We are very happy with the final product. If we ever need any more work carried out, we would look to use RC-B again.

The RC builders team of Rowland, Jed and Clayton were courteous and friendly. Their work was of an extremely high standard and they also provided excellent proactive suggestions as the project was progressing. They were also able to suggest skilled craftsmen to assist them. We are delighted with our new roof extension and we cannot speak highly enough of the team.
