We have recently moved into our new home and just wish to comment on our house buying experience and quality of build. From our first meeting with Marianne ( sales negotiator at Killams Park) to key handover and the giving of a beautiful welcome hamper, we have consistently received best advice, enthusiasm, expertise and friendliness. We are extremely grateful to her. We had heard of the good build reputation of Summerfield Homes, and have not been disappointed. The build quality is superb, attention to detail and finish first class and we wish to thank the whole team for building us a lovely home. We feel very lucky to be a part of Killams Park.

Bought a house 2 years ago,, initially very friendly and helpful, sales was excellent. However after sales is diabolical, garden left in an awful state,still waiting for any snagging to be done, including two odd garage doors, house and garage have flooded twice in the past six months. Customer services very defensive and unhelpful at least four properties on a 15 property development have had large insurance claims due to inadequate drainage. I would double check all plans and get an independent review of plans and work undertaken before parting with your life savings.

We have recently exchanged on our home with Summerfield Homes and the service has been exceptional. Rene our Sales Advisor has been extremely efficient, all queries and questions have been dealt with promptly, she is an asset the Summerfield Team and has made what should have been a stressful experience, fun and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Summerfields. We will highly recommend to anyone that asks. A fantastic product and service!

We bought our Summerfield home in January 2019. Moved in on the 7 January . We have always bought a new house Our experience in dealing with Summerfield can only be explained as excellent From the sales staff, site sales staff, site manager, and the after sales team. The finish on the build is really good and very professional. We have looked at other builders and can honestly say that Summerfield surpass every one of them in construction, build quality, finish, and aftercare service. We have now had almost two months to settle in to our new home and it really feels like "home". We are so settled in our new home and have now had time to take in the quality of the fixtures and fittings and decorative finish. Real quality. Thank you to all the Summerfield team from Rene Kilner site sales Sarah Beisly sales office, Suzanne the site manager for giving us a home we can relax in and enjoy the comfort. Really a first class Company and an honour to deal with. We highly recommend to anyone seeking a new home to first consider Summerfield if they are building in your desired location

Having recently purchased a My Homes property with Summerfield, I highly recommend dealing with them. My property has been built to an excellent standard and nothing has been too much trouble from completion through to helping me settle in and in ensuring all is well. Everyone I have dealt with has been hugely professional and friendly. Buying my first home has been far more straightforward than I imagined and I???m very happy with my new home.
