We have worked with Tom and the Monkton Developments team on a range of projects, both large and small, and they have consistently delivered excellent results. Their team is professional, reliable, and highly skilled, with a clear commitment to quality at every stage of the build. Communication is always clear and proactive, and all work has been completed to a high standard. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Monkton Developments and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Tom and his team have handled several major projects for us, including opening up bi-fold doors, removing a chimney, installing a kitchen, and renovating bathrooms. We have returned to them for multiple jobs, which says it all. Tom is professional, transparent, and communicative. His team is skilled, clearly takes pride in the finish, and they are a pleasure to have around the house. Great work???thanks!

Tom and his team spent 14 months undertaking a full renovation and extension to our farmhouse, we are delighted with the fantastic results and how the project was undertaken. Tom is great and easy to work with, him and his team are highly skilled, reliable and always go the extra mile. They are great at problem solving, a key requirement when dealing with old houses and their work is a very high standard. The budget process was transparent and communication was clear and honest. We would not hesitate to recommend them (and are already doing so) and look forward to working together again.

Tom and his team at Monkton Building were outstanding. What felt like a daunting project ??? knocking through walls and relocating our kitchen ??? was handled with total professionalism. The workmanship was excellent, the site was always tidy, and the end result is amazing. Highly recommended.

We worked with Tom & his team from Monkton Building & Developments for a new build of our self catering holiday let 'The Cedars' adding to our portfolio of properties we rent out. He provided quotes before the job and responded to any questions we had about the build before and after and always came up with a solution. We have done other projects since this one and would recommend Monkton Building & Developments.
